Vistry hands over 77 Warwickshire homes

Vistry has handed over 77 homes at its Meadows development in Keresley, north of Coventry.

The homes handed over in this milestone feature in the second phase of the Warwickshire scheme.

Altogether, the phase will deliver 290 mixed-tenure homes, including 55 affordable homes for Citizen, 147 private rented sector homes for L&G’s Single-Family Rental platform and 88 open market homes for Vistry.

To date, 16 homes have been handed over to Citizen, 35 have been completed for L&G, and 26 open market homes have been sold on the open market through Vistry’s Linden brand.

"Reaching 77 completed homes is an important milestone for The Meadows and reflects the strong momentum we are seeing across the development,” said Fraser Hopes, managing director for Vistry South West Midlands.

“This is a great example of how our mixed-tenure model can accelerate the delivery of much-needed homes by bringing together affordable, private rented and open market housing in one well-connected community."

Nick Byrne, executive director of development at Citizen, added: “It’s fantastic to see the first 16 affordable homes completed and handed over as part of the second phase of the Meadows Development in Keresley.

“We’re looking forward to seeing more homes completed as the development progresses and helping more people find a place they can call home.”
